GUI: cursor position y offset is wrong and missing from input field

Still happening in 4.6.5f1 even after toying with the settings like :
- Enabling/disabling rich text and best fit doesn't have any effect
- Aligned to top instead of middle juste brings the caret upper but it is still offset under the text
- Deactivating hide Input solves the problem as there is no more caret but is not a real solution

This is still happening in Unity 4.6 when I change the font size of a text field.
