[GUI.Matrix] Scaled matrix breaks internal layout if scale isn't 1
To reproduce:
- Open attached project
- Open the scene "testScene"
- Click Play button
Expected behavior: rightmost menu should look like leftmost except scaled to twice the size
Actual behavior: rightmost menu is not scaled correctly, only some parts is visible and messed up (screenshot attached)
