Regression
Yes
Grid in the Scene doesn't completely turn off when Script is being compiled in the Project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1151414"
2. Navigate to Project -> Assets -> Scenes and open SampleScene
3. Open the "Script" from the "Assets" folder
4. Make any changes to the "Script" and save it
5. Immediately return to the scene and turn off Grid in "Gizmos"
-- The Grid becomes barely visible but doesn't turn off completely
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a7, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b1
Not Reprodle with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.3.0a6
Note: I can't reproduce it in 2019.3 because I can't Interact with Unity at the moment the script is being compiled
