Graphics Jobs causes rendering to fail
Enabling Graphics Jobs can result in much of a scene failing to render properly on any platform that supports the feature.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Build & Run the cut-back reproduction project (see comments, below)
2. Wait for the cutscene to finish
3. Observe the rendered scene
4. Toggle Graphics Jobs in Player Settings and repeat
5. Observe the difference between the two end results; with Graphics Jobs enabled most of the scene is not rendered properly
Expected Result:
Enabling Graphics Jobs should not result in a failure to properly render most of an existing scene.
Reproducible for PC and PS4 in versions 5.4.0f3 (a6d8d714de6f) and 5.4.1f1 (649f48bbbf0f).
