[Android] Post Process artifacting on certain Android Devices when using Vulkan Graphics API
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "PostFxTest.zip"
2. Switch to Android
3. Make sure Vulkan is set as the Graphics Api
4. Build for Android
Actual results: Observe the broken post process having a green color on Android
Expected results: No green post processing on Android
Reproducible with: 2022.3.31f1, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.30f1
