Graphics glitches and low performance on some Android devices with Mali on OpenGL ES3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Graphics API is set to OpenGLES3
3. Build and run for Android
-Icons are not visible
Expected result: Icons should be visible just as they are in OpenGLES2
Actual result: Icons are not visible on some devices when Graphics API is OpenGLES3
Reproduced on: 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b8
