Graphics.DrawMeshInstancedIndirect stops drawing when Editor looses focus
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "1210757_DrawMeshInstancedIndirect" and scene in oi_PCE/Scenes/PCE_Renderer_RayMarching_CS
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the white rectangle in the top left corner of the Game window
3. Press the Windows key so that the Editor loses focus
4. Press the Windows key again so that the Editor regains focus
Expected result: Mesh is still being drawn
Actual result: Mesh is no longer visible
Reproducible with: 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.17f1 (errors)
