Graphics.CopyTexture() Crash on Android devices with powerVR Rogue G6200 GPU
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project (CopyTexture.zip)
2. Build the project for Android
3. Install the project on any device with powerVR Rogue G6200 GPU
Expected: Graphics.CopyTexture() does not crash the build
Actual: Graphics.CopyTexture() crashes the build
Reproduced in: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.12f1, 2017.4.13f1, 2018.2.13f1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a5
Note: reproduced on powerVR Rogue G6200 devices: Amazon Fire HD 10, Meizu MX5, HTC One M9+
not reproduced on: powerVR SGX 540 devices: Samsung Galaxy Nexus
