GrabPass fails if PostPorcessing is enabled before Start of play
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enable "PostProcessingLayer" on the camera object
3. Enter play mode
Expected result: distorted grab pass window stays
Actual result: distorted grab pass window dissapears
Reproduced on 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a7
