[GPU PLM] Indirect lighting does not work with cutout materials
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "GPULightmapperCutout.zip" project
2. Open the "GItesting" scene
3. In the Lighting window, select "Generate Lighting"
4. Inspect the Plane in the Scene view
Expected results: There is blue indirect light near the blue cube
Actual results: The is no blue indirect light near the blue cube
Reproducible with: 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Couldn't test in the 2017.4 stream because the GPU Progressive Lightmapper was not yet introduced
Notes: Not reproducible with CPU Progressive Lightmapper
