[GPU PLM] Baking is stuck and never completes when view prioritization is on
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project and 'CornellBox' scene;
2. In the Lighting window press 'Generate Lighting' button;
Expected result:
Baking finished successfully.
Actual result:
Baking is stuck. See the attached video.
Notes:
- Reproducible in 2019.2.0a2, 2019.1.0b1, 2018.3.3f1;
- Reproducible on Windows 10 (GeForce GTX 1070 and GeForce 640m both using the latest NVIDIA drivers);
- Not reproducible when view prioritization is off;
- Not reproducible when lightmap size is 1024.
