[GPU PLM] AI denoisers do not work with GPU PLM
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open SampleScene
2. Navigate to Lighting Settings window and make sure that denosing is enabled
3. Bake the lighting
4. Notice that the resulting lightmap is not denoised
Notes:

- Does not reproduce in: 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a2, 2019.2.0a3, 2019.2.0a4, 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.0a6
