Glitches in Scene View and Game View when "Accurate G-buffer normals" is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the “Assets/accurate-g-buffer-bug.unity“ Scene
3. Observe the shader in Game View
Expected result: Visual artifacts are present on the Sphere
Actual result: No visual artifacts or any other abnormal behaviours are seen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.2
Notes:
- "Accurate G-buffer normals" has to be enabled in the Universal Renderer Data Asset
- This bug is only reproducible with the “iOS“ selected as the project’s platform
