[GL/GLES3] Particles texture is rendered on the ground on some devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure Graphics API is set to GLES3
3. Build and run 27_OrbitalVelocity_ArtScene scene on device
Result: One "Fire_7x7" particles texture is rendered on the ground
Reproducible: 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0a6, 2019.1.0a10
