[iOS][GLES2/3] Screen becomes dark if resolution is changed when image effect on depth camera is used
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS
3. Press "Native Res" twice it will switch from native to lower and from lower to native
4. Screen becomes dark
Note: no repro with metal
