[GLES] Shader using const arrays crashes on some Androids (5.2.3)
Shader code like this:
const half blurKernel[11] = {0.0009765625, 0.009765625, 0.04394531, 0.1171875, 0.2050781, 0.2460938, 0.2050781, 0.1171875, 0.04394531, 0.009765625, 0.0009765625};
Crashes at runtime on some Androids (e.g. Note 3, Nexus 7 and LG G2).
