[OpenGL] Floating Point RenderTextures produces different result in OpenGLCore than OpenGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "ReactionDiffusionShader.zip"
2. Make sure to set graphics API in player settings to OpenGLCore
3. Open and play scene "Main"
4. Actual result: Notice that text only flickers (see attached image "actual.gif")
Expected result: Text flickers AND grows regardless of chosen graphics API (see attached image "expected.gif")
Tested and reproducible on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4p1, 5.3.0f4, 5.3.1p2, 5.4.0a6
