[GLES 3.0] Render textures are invisible or glitched when Multithreaded Rendering is enabled on Android devices with Adreno GPU
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Play the "Login" scene in Editor. Notice that the flags appears correctly.
3. Build and run the project on Android device with Adreno GPU family
4. Notice that the flag is not displayed or glitched (check screenshots)
