[GLCore] Double datatype is allowed and produces errors in compiled code
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Click on Test.shader - notice no errors are given
3) Click Compile and show code (for GLCore)
4) In the compilation code notice the errors
5) Import shader to 5.2.* Unity project and notice it shows the error when clicked
