glass/transparency shader not working
-e: the attached repro project uses some glass which works fine in editor but is just black in WebGL
-repro:
--open attached project
--run "scene.StencilComplexRoomGrid" scene in editor and see the cubes with glass
--build "scene.StencilComplexRoomGrid" scene for WebGL
--run
--NOTICE that the glass on the cubes is just black
