GL.PushMatrix and GL.LoadProjectionMatrix is ignored when rendering to a RenderTexture unless editor repaint is forced
Steps to reproduce:
1. open user's attached project
2. enter play mode
3. select "Custom Projector" in hierarchy
4. try clicking inspector to force repaint
Actual: RenderTexture is not rendering unless inspector repaints
Expected: it should be rendering at all times
Reproduced: 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0a6
