GL.IssuePluginEvent freezes the Editor on second launch with C# .NET 4.6 Experimental backend
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the test scene
3. Play the scene
4. Stop the scene
5. Play the scene
6. Observe the editor freezes
Note:
With other versions, the Editor freezes on close
Actual result: Editor freezes
Expected result: Editor should not freeze
