Gizmos on the objects fade away when zooming out in the Scene View
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "GizmoBug.zip
2. Open Scenes/SampleScene in the Project window
3. Select Far object in the Hierarchy window
4. Press F to focus on the Far object
5. Select Close object in the Hierarchy window
6. Zoom out
Expected result: Gizmos stay visible all the time
Actual result: Gizmos fade away after zooming out far enough
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a3
Note: The issue is reproducible in both 2D and 3D modes
