Gizmos are placed not in the center of the Camera viewport when using "OnDrawGizmos"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "gizmotest.zip"
2. Observe the Scene window
Expected result: Gizmo is in the center of the Camera viewport
Actual result: Gizmo is not in the center of the Camera viewport
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
