[GI] [Emission] DynamicGI.SetEmissive ignores emission map
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and 'test2' scene
2) Play it
Expected: Both on left and right sides left cube must be lit by emission while right one should not as the plate is emitting to wrong side
Actual: On right side the plate ignores its emission texture
Reproduced in 5.3.7f1, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a6
