[GI] Changing Indirect Intensity produces graphical glitches in Realtime GI
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and CompleteMainSingle.scene
2) Make sure the scene is lit and Realtime Precomputed GI is built
3) Try changing Indirect Intensity in General GI
4) Notice weird pixelated glitches ( look at .gif comparison)
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b5; 5.4.0b2
No repro in: 5.3.2p1
N.B. Reproduces on both OpenGLCore and DX11, but glitches are more visible in GL as the patches that glitch are much bigger
