"GfxFramebufferGLES: An active RenderTargetSetup has dangling pointers." is thrown when entering Play Mode in OpenGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (HardwarePCFTest.zip)
2. Open the 's1' scene
3. Make sure the Editor is using OpenGL
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: no errors are thrown
Actual result: an error about a dangling pointer is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21

Tested on macOS, could not test on Windows
