"Generate New" button has no min width in "Select Texture" window
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new project
# Install AI packages (click the AI dropdown -> Agree to install button)
# Create new material (Assets -> Right click -> Create -> Material)
# In Inspector click on any of the Select buttons to open the Select Texture window
# If the Select Texture window is not at min width, resize it to make it so
*Actual results:* "Generate New" button from AI packages doesn't have min width and overlaps with the slider
*Expected results:* All buttons in Select Texture top bar have min width
*Reproducible with versions:* 1.0.0-pre.20 (6000.2.0a10, 6000.3.0b2)
*Not reproducible with versions:*
*Can’t test with versions:* 6000.2.0a9 ("This button is currently a placeholder..." is logged in console and no packages are imported)
*Tested on (OS):* Win11, macOS Intel 15.6.1
