Elements in the Lighting window is not fully visible if the Lighting window is docked and small
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
3. Dock the Lighting window to the Editor
4. Reduce the size of the Lighting window
5. Observe the Generate Lighting button
Expected result: Generate Lighting button is fully visible
Actual result: Generate Lighting button is not fully visible
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.0a9
Notes:
- Before testing with different Editor versions make sure to set the layout to "Default"
- With not reproducible Editor versions Input Fields are on top of some text

Resolution Note:
Resizing a docked window can be resized to a very small window and it is up to the window creator UX to determine what to do if the window is resized very small.
