"VideoPlayer.frame" is not showing frame of the video in the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "VideoPlayerIssueRepro.zip"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Look at the Game window
Expected result: Video frame is showed
Actual result: Video frame is not showed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1
Notes:
- Reproducible in the Editor and in the Build
- When using "VideoPlayer.time=Time.time", "VideoPlayer.time=Time.deltaTime" same issue, video is not played in the Play Mode
