[XR][GearVR] Oculus build crashes when made with Open GLES2 graphic API
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a project.
2. Switch the build platform to Android.
3. Change the graphics API to Open GLES2.
4. Make Sure VR is enabled and select Oculus from the available options.
5. Make the build and run on a Samsung device.
Actual Result: The build Crashes
Expected Result: The build should run normally.
Reproducible On: 2018.3.a11, 2018.3.0a7, 2018.3.0a5
Not Reproducible On 2018.3.0a4
Checked with devices:
1. Samsung Galaxy S8+
OS: Android 8.0 (Oreo)
GPU: Mali-G71 MP20
CPU: Octa-core (4x2.3 GHz Mongoose M2 & 4x1.7 GHz Cortex-A53)
2. Samsung Galaxy S9
OS: Android 8.0 (Oreo)
GPU: Mali-G72 MP18
CPU: Octa-core (4x2.7 GHz Mongoose M3 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A55)
