[Gamma/Linear] Realtime lights are a lot brighter in linear mode than in gamma mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "LightCookie"
3. Notice that light is barely visible
4. Change Color space to Linear
5. Notice that light got a lot brighter

Light fades pixelated. Not smooth at all in linear.

The bake intensity is also affected by this issue.
