[macOS] Gamepad.SetMotorSpeeds() does not produce vibrations on the controller
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “Controller rumbling.zip”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Connect a Controller to the PC
4. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: The controller vibrates
Actual result: The controller does not vibrate
Reproducible with: 1.0.1, 1.5.1 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11)
Couldn’t test with: Input System 1.0.0 - due to errors in the Console window
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6, Xbox Series controller (wireless BT connection)
