GameObject's name in Scene View icon is corrupted when the name contains an emoji
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/TestScene” Scene
3. In the Scene view, observe the “Main Camera📷” GameObject’s icon
Expected result: The name of the GameObject is fully visible
Actual result: The emoji is invisible and the text has black artifacts covering it
Reproducible with: 6000.0.11f1
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1 (Cannot use emojis in GameObjects' name)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
