GameObject's low frame rate animation is jittery between keyframes when it is dependent on a parent GameObject
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("SwingRep")
2. Enter Play mode
3. Inspect the animation
Expected: GameObject animation is continuously evaluated between keyframes
Actual: GameObject's animation is jittery between keyframes
Reproduced with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a4
Notes:
- Could not test on 2019.1.0a5, since project breaks when imported
