GameObjects jab to the side when a Configurable Joint is created during runtime
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open scene "SampleScene4"
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game View
Expected: The blue and yellow cubes go up and down smoothly in a constant trajectory
Actual: The blue and yellow cubes teleport to the side and go back to the initial position before starting to go up
Reproducible with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
