Configurable Joints created at runtime cause connected Rigidbodies to snap towards the visual position of the base body
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open scene "Ancors_Warping_Scaled"
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: cubes on screen only move up and down while full object is moving
Actual result: blue cube clips through at the lowest position
Reproduced on 2017.4.12f1 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a6
