GameObjects connected with Hinge Joints start flying around the scene when they collide
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "1365420.zip" project
2. Open the "Assets > TrainController_v3 > Demo > InGameWagonCoupling_PhysicsBasedTrain" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press "S" until GameObjects collide
Expected result: GameObjects connect
Actual result: GameObjects fly up
Reproduced with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b8, 2022.2.0a5
