GameObject that changes parents when set to DontDestroyOnLoad becomes missing in the Hierarchy
When a gameObjects gets set to DontDestroyOnLoad, after becoming a child of an object in a scene and then setting the parent to null. The object retains DontDestroyOnLoad and is not destroyed on scene loading. However will not be visible in the hierarchy window.
To reproduce:
1. Open "main" scene
2. Press play
3. See "ReproDDOLObject" change parent and then not visible in the Hierarchy pane.
4. See that the object still exists by seeing in the console `Update()` `Debug.Log`s are still being called.
Reproducible: 5.5.0b9, 5.4.2f1, 5.3.6p8
