GameObject shadow's size increases when the "Shadow Caster 2D" Component is disabled and enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ShadowCasterBug” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Select the “Turbine” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Disable the “Shadow Caster 2D” Component in the Inspector window
6. Enable the “Shadow Caster 2D” Component in the Inspector window
7. Observe the Game View
8. Repeat the 5-7 steps ~20 times
Expected result: The shadow around the “Turbine” GameObject stays the same
Actual result: The shadow around the “Turbine” GameObject is increasingly growing each time the Component is disabled/enabled
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.2.8f1,
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5
Fixed in: 2022.2.9f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
