GameObject Icon Gizmos are only shown on GameObjects with certain Components
Reproduction steps:
1. Open User-submitted project
2. Add a Cube GameObject to Scene
3. Select Cube GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Assign Icon to Cube GameObject
5. Select "Issue" GameObject In the Hierarchy
6. Change Icon of the "Issue" GameObject
7. Press On Scene View
Expected result: Both Icon Gizmos are shown in Scene View
Actual result: Only Cube Icon Gizmo is shown in Scene View
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a4, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2022.1.0a3
