GameObject has a blue tint when iOS platform is selected

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ShadingIssue” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene“ Scene
3. In the Build Profiles (File > Build Profiles), make sure the selected platform is iOS
4. Enter Play Mode
5. In the Game View, observe the sphere GameObject

Expected result: The sphere is gray
Actual result: The sphere has a blue tint

Reproducible with: 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.21f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS (Intel based)

Notes:
- Disabling Decal or Screen Space Ambient Occlusion in “Assets/Settings/Mobile_Renderer” removes the blue tint
- Changing Rendering Path to “Forward” or “Forward+” removes the blue tint
- Enabling Accurate G-buffer Normals removes the blue tint
- Enabling Compatibility Mode (Render Graph Disabled) in Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > Render Graph, removes the blue tint
