GameObject drops to the last position in the Hierarchy when a RectTransform Component is added
How to reproduce:
- Create and open a new project
- Create 10 GameObjects in the Hierarchy
- Select any but the last GameObject in the Hierarchy
- Add a RectTransform Component in the Inspector
- Observe the Hierarchy
Actual result: The selected GameObject drops to the bottom of the Hierarchy
Expected result: The selected GameObject remains in the same place in the Hierarchy
Reproducible in: 2023.2.0a19, 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible in: 2023.2.0a18
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
