GameObject continues to increase in scale when the Animation layer's Blending is set to Additive
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-72507_repro“
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: “Body“ GameObject does not increase in size
Actual result: “Body“ GameObject keeps increasing in size
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s device)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
