GameObject color is flickering when using "WorldSpaceLightPos0" in the shader
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "DeferredBug.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select "Quad" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Change the "Quad" position in the Inspector window
5. Observe the "Cube" GameObject color in the Game window
Expected result: The "Cube" color is Black
Actual result: The "Cube" color is flickering
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a2
Note: Sometimes it reproduces when just moving the cursor in the Editor
