Game window doesn't maximize on play when game window is undocked
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Open Game Window and drag it to your secondary monitor
3. Press Maximize On Play
4. Enter Play Mode
Result: game window does not maximize
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p8, 5.4.2p1, 5.5.0b10

        DHARMAKAYA Nov 13, 2016 16:34 Yeah, this is a VERY annoying hassle when making HMD apps in extended mode...SOOOOOOOOOO (insert a lot profanity here) tired of the hassle of searching for and trying to click that tiny maximize button while looking through HMD lenses!!!!!!!!!! I like Unity A LOT and have used it for years, yet I would consider using UE for a while if it doesn't have that issue.
