Game Window and Scene Window Compute Screen-space Differently
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and run the game in the Editor.
2. Click "Level Editor", choose Boss.xml and press "Edit Level".
2. At the top left there is a "Test As" dropdown. Select "Sniper" and click Test.
3. When the screen fills with projectiles (may wish to move the player ship to the bottom center, using WASD), right-click and immediately pause the simulation.
4. Frame-step forward until the distortion effect can be easily seen distorting the enemy projectiles.
5. Switch to Scene view and notice how Game Window and Scene Window compute screen-space differently.
Reproducible: 5.4.0b22, 5.3.5p5, 5.3.2f1
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1 - many other errors.
