[Game View] Zooming scroll bar on GameView disappears after Play
Steps:
1. Open new scene
2. In game view, zoom the game view by either dragging the slider or mouse wheel
3. When game view is zoomed, scroll bars appear and can be dragged to pan the view with mouse middle button or move the scroll bars
4. Play
5. When game view is zoomed, scroll bars disappeared. User has no way to pan the view.
Note:
Considering mouse wheel zooming and middle button clicking might conflict with game controls during Play, so suggested that only scroll bar should be added when game view is zoomed during Play.
Reproduced with:
2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0a6, 5.6.0f3, 5.5.2f1, 5.4.0f3
(Pan and zoom function not in 5.3.6f1 or before)

I agree, this is pretty annoying. I work on UI, and I want to see it 1:1 ratio as the player would. When I start the game, I am unable to check real size because there is no option to zoom, only if you pause - move - pause - move - which is more than a bit inconvenient.
I see absolutely no benefit of hiding the scroll bars...

If you pause with the "||" button then you can zoom again and analyze the frame.

Why is this closed "by design"? Can a reason be given? Thanks.
