Game view window image gets stretched when resizing it, or the Editor with Aspect Ratio not set to Free Aspect
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1407506" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select any Aspect Ratio except for "Free Aspect" in the Game view
4. Resize the Editor application or the Game window
Expected result: The elements visible in the Game View correctly update their position and size while the Editor/Game window is being resized
Actual result: The elements visible in the Game View are getting stretched while the Editor/Game window is being resized
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.0b6
Not reproduced with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0a11, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a8
Note: The Aspect Ratio of the elements gets fixed only when entering Play Mode, opening the Aspect Ratio dropdown, clicking outside the Editor, or doing a click inside the Game window and one anywhere outside it (in any order)
