Game view preview of uGUI doesn't update after resize
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Example - Layout"
3. Make sure you are using the default layout
4. Switch to the game view tab - note that the preview is off
5. Enter/exit play mode - the preview is now correct
6. Switch to scene view tab
7. Resize the window
8. Switch back to game view - the preview is bad again
